pH = 5.19, 10 min into mash.
Molasses and brown sugar added at 30min
half tablet if Irish moss added 10min before end of boil.
Final gravity reading of 1.067. 83% efficiency. 1.066 with yeast in 500m water.
3 x Safale S-04 re-hydrated in 500m of pre-boiled water at 37deg. C.
SG after 3 days = 1.021.
