Notes

Rough grind French roast coffee beans just so they are cracked. Add 1 minute before the end of the boil then Remove when transferring to the fermenter. Add cocoa nibs once primary fermentation is complete in a hop bag or cheese cloth and leave in until kegging, at least 2 weeks. Add vanilla when transferring to the keg.
This is a wonderfully balanced blonde stout.
