Notes

22 liter i gjæringskaret. Nede på 1016 etter en uke i kjelleren på litt over 11˚C. Flyttet til barnerom og økt temperaturen gradvis til ca 18 ˚C. Holdt temperaturen i 2-3 dager og flyttet til altanen for CC. Temperaturen varierte mellom 0 og 6 ˚C. CC på en drøy uke før tapping på flasker. 6,5g sukker pr liter. Ca 20 liter til flasking. Prøver Bouncer Inline filter med blått 304 micron meshfilter ved omstikking for å se om filtrering fungerer med dette.
