close to the original. I don't like using hop shots so I bitter first wort.

Don't dry hop for more than 4 days or it will get real catty.

I like using us 04 as it flocks better but still gives off enough esters to keep the bitterness in check. Plus you'll never clear this beer up with 6oz odry hopsf
