Bottled 21/02/19. 3.5g/L priming sugar. Brass tops. 23L.
Really good brew. Ballance of malts and hops. If you do it again don't change anything except possibly more dry hops.
EKAB Brew of the Month on 03/04/19. Took a long time to condition and mature, probably because it was extremely clear when bottled.
