Feb 13th -- Took gravity sample: 1.010

             -- Deep copper/red with little aroma<br />
             -- Malty but not sweet, finishes with the roasted barley <br />
                and the second addition of hops. Not thin for the ABV. <br />
             --probably would like more malt character, should <br />
               caramelize first runnings if I brew again.
