My attempt to brew something close to Klosterbraeu's famous braunbier.
The OG/FG are very close. They say they use Pilsner, Munich, and Caramel Malts. Perle and Tradition Hops.
The predicted color and IBUs are very close too.
This is an old beer style, so it doesn't exactly fit BJCP guidelines. I would say a cross between a Dunkel and a Marzen is pretty close.
