Notes
After 4 days of fermentation, add first batch of hops.
At day 12 remove old hops, sanitize hop basket and fill with second batch of hops. Reduce temperature to 10 celsius to allow for a easy cold crash.
Day 14 end primary fermentation by racking your beer and cold crashing - chilling to 4 celsius for 1 week, whilst carbing.
Day 21 20 min force carb, and leave for 2 hours before serving.
This will provide a nice hazy amber colour, juicy pear and citrus flavour DDH NEIPA full of flavour & body!
