11/26/2018 : scaled up and modified this recipe from brooklyn brew shops chocolate maple porter. seems that their recipe is for 100% efficiency lol. will be adding coffee roasted by jack connor. most recipes only use 2 or 3 oz. doesnt seem like a lot to me for a 5 gallon batch. i would be hoping to really highlight the coffee, so at least 4 ounces or more. need to find precedence for using more.
