Notes
Whirlpool wort on completion of boil for 20 minutes until it cools to 70°C. Decant into fermenter then add 15 litres of cold (2°C) aerated water (total 24 litres). Sprinkle yeast on top then seal fermenter lid and ferment at 20°C for 10 - 14 days...
