Notes

Water temperature was bit high for the mash, approx 162 cooling to 153 for 15 minutes then held between 148 and 156. Added aroma hops at flameout and left in while cooling for 10 minutes.

Had to dump a quarter gallon of wort, in future reduce initial water volume to 2.2gal

May have had a lot of tannins, cant tell if its that or hops. Will taste before adding honey in secondary.
