Very pleased with how this turn out - clean, clear, properly black with as a modest roast flavour on top of a clean lager.
Continues to carbon well in cold storage (10-15C)
Slight touch of DMS says show have boiled longer than 60mins, would say 90min better if you can afford the energy.
Further ageing has seen it clean up completely - rich and velvety
