Notes
Pitched yeast at 70F and working vigorously 12 hours in.
Dry hopped 2 days in as fermentation was very quick. Dry hopped for 9 days.
Fermentation done in 3 days.
Wasn't planning to get 8% but got a very good fermentation.
Great tasting brew at this point a months later, nice straw yellow color, little cloudy, nice hop aroma and taste. Not exactly like a Julius but one of my better brews for sure. First time dry hopping at high krausen, maybe that's the trick for better aroma.
