Arvada water is pretty close to Pilsen. A bit high in Ca, Na, and SO4 but pils and light lagers have been coming out nice so I'm not changing anything.

  • NZ pils based on German pils with Motueka hops in late boil and dry-hop
  • pic is of the German version but it'll look exactly the same
  • I plan to brew this as soon as I get a hold of some Motueka
