Notes
Update - Final Gravity 1.013 and delicious. 5.78% ABV. Quite bitter but not too much.
Brew day:
Steep Grains for 30 minutes or more to get a little extra bitterness out of the hulls.
Yeast - I use washed yeast which is much more than the 11 gram packets.
I brewed this previously without the Vienna and with just one dry pack of SF04 yeast. and it was a little sweet - I didn't realize that the extracts had zero diastatic power which means that there was no DP for the 3 pounds of specialty malt I used. Now my DP is at 45.
