Notes

Steeped grain in 5 litres at 65.C for 30 mins.
Added light malt and amber malt to boil pot.
60 min boil.
First addition hersbucker 60 mins.
Second addition Saaz 10 mins.
Filled frementer up with 16 liters of cold water.
After boil, ice bathed pot to bring down temp.
Combine in fermenter. Airate.
Pitch temp at 18C.
Primary 10 days.
Secondary and cool crash 6 days.
Bottle condition 10 days or keg.
