Ferment at 19deg for 2 days, then increase slowly to 23deg
At 1.022SG add first dry hop, 4 days later add second dry hop
Hops are equal amounts of Mosaic, Citra and Eldorado
at First Wort (before boil) at 30 mins whirlpool (after boil) at 20 mins whirlpool, at 10 minutes whirlpool. (then fill cube), Then for 6 days, when Sg 1.022, then for 2 days in fermenter
