Overall, it's pretty good, the hazlenut really comes through strong, but the chocolate needs to be more prominent in terms of taste and aroma. The lactose really gives it a great creamy mouthfeel, but I'd be weary of drinking more than one at a time (my stomach doesn't like lactose). The extract that I used is here: <a href="http://nthomebrew.com/store/products/Hazelnut-Extract.html" rel="nofollow">http://nthomebrew.com/store/pr...</a> (it's my local homebrew supply store).

Made this, added extra cocoa as per talking to mjap52 to get a more chocolate presence.  3/4ths of a cup of Nestle unsweetened cocoa powder.  Everything else was following the recipe.<br>

Forgot to add to last post, bakers chocolate was in last 15 minutes of boil.

Did you replace the nibs with the powder, or was the powder an addition?
