Notes

El Dorado, Amarillo and Galaxy combination apparently very good.

Scaling batch up. Typically do 3.9 gallons of mash water, but using ~2lbs more grain, so adding .2 more gallons to account for grain absorption. Shooting to do a 3 gallon batch so I'm not struggling to fill fermenter, so adding an addition .25 gallons on top for a total 4.35 gallons (16.5 L) of mash water, and a target 3.75 gallons for the boil (3.25 gallons post boil).

If successful 3 gallon batches to become the norm
