Notes
This is for your retard friends who won't stop bugging your for fresh IPA. Its cheap, strong, damn tasty and the myrcene levels above 60%+ in the Cashmere, makes for a flavor forward; rather than bitter IPA. Obviously substitute pellet for whole leaf hop whenever possible.
The attenuation is also not represented correctly.
With a brewhouse efficiency of 70% and S-04 expect:
OG: 1.08
FG: 1.02
ABV: 7.7 @ 1.02, 9.5 @ 1.01, your choice, depending on when you keg.
IBU: 75
SRM: ~10
1oz Calypso (whole leaf) dry hopped for 5 days.
2oz Cashmere (pellet) dry hopped for 5 days.
For the record, S-04 has a habit of finishing to 1.02 on just about any primary, and will clean down to 1.01 in secondary given proper aeration.
