Notes
Ferment at 68 degrees until high krausen subsides. Raise temp to 72 for diecytl rest and add fresh grapefruit juice (pasteurized) and Citra dry hop and let secondary fermentation continue for 7 days. Cold crash slowly to 38 for 2 days then rack to keg.
