Tried Founder's Azacca IPA recently and wanted to use these hops for something. Previous session IPA wasn't dry-hopped enough so I want more in this one
This was supposed to be a session IPA with ~4.8 %ABV (1047 OG) but somehow I screwed up and had 1058 OG with ~10.5 liters. Must be due to overestimating the fermenter volume and maybe getting slightly higher efficiency than normal (changed to 75 form 70 in the recipe to reflect reality)
