Notes
Add first wort Citra hops to kettle before starting to heat for boil.
Start timer when boil actually begins. Boil 60 mins.
After 1-2 days fermentation in primary, add first dry hops.
When fermentation dies down at 4-5 days, add second dry hops for 4-5 days.
