3 Green apples pureed for pectin haze and added to boil.
Add Calcium chloride to steeping water
Steep grains @ 160F for 30 mins.
Add LIGHT DME @ 45 mins.
Add EXTRA LIGHT DME @ 15 mins.
Add 34 oz. Strawberry Puree @ flameout.
Whirlpool hops 30 mins.
Cool to 66F, oxygenate and pitch yeast.
