2 weeks @ 4°C and then keg.
Second batch (SX)
5 liters.
1 week @ 4°C with 6g oak chips in 100ml Tullamore Dew 12 years and then bottle.
Third batch (SXX)
5 liters.
1 week @ 4°C with 12g oak chips in 100ml Tullamore Dew 12 years and then bottle.
