Turned out really nice. FG was a little high, so it had a fair amount of body, and maybe a little residual sweetness. This recipe definitely leans toward the malty/fuller bodied version of schwarzbier (e.g. Köstritzer), whereas I think I like the more "black pilsner" version of schwarzbier a little more (e.g. Krombacher Dark). Next time I will use a much higher ratio of Pilsner malt to Munich malt, and cut out the Cara-Munich. But this is a nice recipe if you like a maltier schwarzbier.
