Notes
Use rice hulls in the mash to avoid a stuck sparge. Spread the pumpkin on a cookie sheet or baking dish, sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F before adding to the Mash.
Steep spices and Lactose in 1 cup hot water for 10-15 minutes, cool then add. Consider adding more pumpkin pie spice (a tsp at a time) to desired flavor and aroma.
