Notes
Used 2 packs of the Saflager yeast. Starter? Started off in the house then into root cellar at 50-55 F.
FG after 2 weeks was ~ 1.008.
Racked to secondary... lagered for a while in the root cellar during January/Feb.
Finally got on tap ... Great for a first try at lagering!
