Notes
Full tub of lemongrass (sainsburys) added to the boil about 10 minutes in.
2 tins of sainsburys apricot halves pureed then brought to 75 degrees to sterilize. Then cooled down and added to primary.
OG: 1.060
30/11/17: FG: 1.010, 6.5% as far.
Bottled on: 06/12/17
First try on 19/12/17: Proper class. Long lasting white head but needs to carb up longer. Amazing flavour.
