Aroma hops added below 180 degrees. Add via a bag, wait 30 minutes before chilling the wort.

Save hops in bag for another batch for early hop additions.

Mashed at 156 by error, but upon first taste from the fermentor, really good. Dry and hoppy with lots of skunky aroma!
