Notes
Born on 7/17/24.
Bottled on 9/17/24.
11/26/24 - tested a bottle: Very clear, a very slight hiss upon opening. Color - a rich red ruby copper. Aroma: malty, fig caramel and subtle musk melon. Taste: Young Fruit Cake, nutty undertone and slightly sweet but overly fruity midsection with an accelerating dry alcoholic finish. Leaves you wanting.
Next: Let carbonate for another 4 weeks (Dec 25) and taste again.
