Notes

10 ml of hop shots
Whirlpool all 6 oz at 180 F for 30 min
Combine all 7 oz of dry hops and add in two batches (3 days apart) once FG reached

BREW DAY: 12/26/17
OG = 1.074 (temp and hydrometer corrected)
~60 sec of O2 added
1 packet S-04 rehydrated for ~20 min at 105F

DRY HOPs (all) added on 12/28 after Tilt indicated terminal gravity almost reached (~1.015).

COLD CRASHED @ 40F for ~18 hr and racked to a keg (had to open lid as poppet clogged). Gelatin (1 tsp in 6 oz 160F water) added prior to force carbing.
