Notes

An Imperial NEIPA with available inventory, but bitterer to suit my taste.

1) Strike water temp @ 165.6⁰F.
2) Primary fermentation - 2 packets S04 for 2 weeks.
3) 1st dry hop charge 4 days after fermentation starts.
4) 2nd dry hop charge 11 days after fermentation starts.
5) Bottle for 2 weeks.
