Crystal 120L was reduced from .21kg to .1kg and crystal 90 was introduced. Too much plum/raisins and dark dry fruit present with the 120L
11/06/20: original recipe has maris otter and no biscuit malt. Had no maris so substituted with New Zealand ale malt and biscuit malt. Hit 1.045 (88% efficiency)
