Notes
Boiled down to 4 gallons. Added 1.5 gallons to reach 5.5 gallons Fermenter volume.
Pitched at approximately 70-72 degrees.
Refrigerated down to 60 degrees.
Set refrigerator to 50 degrees after 12 hours.
At 5-6 day mark, refrigerator unplugged and accidental diacetyl rest @ 68-70.
Cold condition for approx 1 to 1 1/2 months.
Bottled with various concentrations of ThunderKing Brewing Cold Brew coffee. 2 oz, 4 oz, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, 12 oz.
