Add 3 ml Hop Shot at 60 min in boil.

Prepare spice tincture as follows: 5 tsp pumpkin pie spice in enough vodka to cover all. Let sit for ~7 days, strain to remove solids and add to keg.

Sugar addition to mash is actually 60 oz of canned pumpkin.
