ABV: 5.9%
Tasting Notes: One of the best yet. Only fault is that it still has that weird homebrew twang. Maybe try and keep a fermentation vessel free to rack into straight after the primary. Ie, this beer is just shy of 6%, so rack into secondary on the 7th day.
