Notes

Recipe for the Brewhouse Collective Wheat Beer Competition. Idea is to get a good smokeyness from the smoked wheat but a nice clean profile from the american yeast.

Quantity is slightly raised, one of the biggest batches I've done, purely for the sake of being able to keep some to myself after I've bottled some.

Adjuncts included the zest of 1 lemon, 2tbsp of rosemary, basil and corriander, dried and added at the start of the boil.
