The water I always brew with. Mt Shasta spring water from a glacier on Mt Shasta. Bottled at the source. No additives. That's in California way north up by Oregon. |
Notes
An easy brew, a good brew, just remember its not rocket science.....but it is science. .........enjoy. I will brew 4 five gallon batches in plastic fermenters in 2 days, bottle two weeks later. test 2 weeks after that. Then watch all the "Friends" start hangin out Hey by the way these are 213 Calories per brew. Its a real good heavy ale. For max effect wear a Kilt.
