Notes

Maybe going to use no chill for Hopback - empty boil kettle into cube add hops, remove air and seal - sit in fermenting fridge until pitching temp is reached (2-3 days). Strain out hops and empty into FV, pitch yeast.
Ferment at 18.5 for 5 days then raise to 22 to finish fermentation
