Light colored and malty
Notes
• Whirlpool butterfly pea flowers with hops for 20 minutes, starting at 180F. Make sure flowers are bagged and not loose, they will almost certainly clog the pump!
- -
• Ferment 7 days, starting @ 66°F and gradually ramping up to 68°F.
• Cold crash 4 days @ 34°F
- -
Add dry hops at high krausen, likely around 18-36 hours.
