Notes
Sort-of-IPA, interested in combining an "adventurous" hop with a "classical" one.
Perle actually in several additions, at flameout, and later after flamout.
In fact, initially, I was aiming for a BUGU of 1.00 (and slightly lower OG). Realized belatedly I lost more water than expected to boiloff. Chose not to add more... fingers crossed.
Wort chilled in the kettle in ice bath.
Should ferment for a few weeks @ 18-20°C.
Will probably do secondary fermentation for clarification
