Notes
Toast 2 Lbs oats in oven at 350 degrees stirring frequently until there is a nice toasted color. They should smell like oatmeal cookies. Let sit for a few days in a paper bag prior to steeping. Steep for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
Add 2 TBS Vanilla Extract to primary at day 21. Let go for an additional 1 week. Bottle at 4 Weeks.
