One of the best beers I've made since starting to brew my own beer after learning I was allergic to barley and wheat. I'm not a fan of sorghum as a grain in general, due to the "sorghum twang" aftertaste, but the other grains in this recipe (and presumably the lagering process) do a great job of disguising it. Not too far off from a standard Oktoberfest.
