Cold Steep Grains At the following:
1/2 lb - Chocolate
3/4 - Belgian Biscuit
3/4 - Roast Barley
1 - 1/4 - Caramunich American 60°
steeped in 2 gallons of cold water with 1/4 camden tablet added

Used WLP023 - Burton Ale Yeast

Flavoring:
In 4 oz Vodka soak the following for a few weeks:
-2 vanilla beans
-4 cloves
-2 star anise
-1 cinnamon stick
-12 cardamom pods, split
-1 whole nutmeg
-1 tsp whole peppercorns
