Notes

Mix in gypsum with mash. Be sure to stir the shit out of the mash to incorporate the rice hulls to prevent a stuck sparge. After primary fermentation is complete, mix quick oats with 1 tsp cinnamon and toast oats on a baking sheet for 30 mins at 300 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Add to a sanitized hops sack and transfer with the brew into secondary. Rack to keg after 7 days and carbonate to 2 volumes
