Use up old hops sitting in freezer!
Have had issues with efficiency when batch sparging 5gal batches (single sparge so will try two sparges and see if it improves.
Last use of 007 got almost 81% attenuation, so we'll see where this ends up.
Will grab publix brand oats and see how that goes.
first dry hop will be added when fermentation is just slowing, 2-3 days.
2nd dry hop is in the keg.
