Notes

Aquecer a água até 55ºC e adicionar o malte, seguir os tempos e temperaturas definidos.

Fermentação primária a 20ºC até total atenuação. Aumentar 1ºC por dia até 24ºC para fermentação secundária.

Baixar a temperatura para 12ºC para maturação e manter por 14 dias e baixar a temperatura para 0ºC e manter por 7 dias.

Reidratar o fermento com água fervida com T entre 25 e 29ºC com 10 mL de água para cada g de fermento.

Primming com 8 g de açúcar por litro de cerveja.
