Notes
The described dry hop pretty much drowns out any interesting flavour notes from the adjuncts. Less hops, more stuff next time and maybe the beer'll turn purple from the black rice as originally hoped.
When brewed an estimated attenuation of 82% was achieved, putting FG at 1.01 rather than 1.016.
