Brewed at GFI. Fermented in glass carboy. Saved spiesh for keg carbing. No starter-- pitched four 34/70's.
Hochkurz Double Decoction Mash. Decocted portion rested at 165 x 5 mins and boiled 20 mins. D1-Thick. D2-Thin
Very good, but finished a bit sweet. Lower the second sacc rest temp next time!
